The BlackoutBulb Rechargeable Emergency Light is an ordinary E27 bulb that keeps working when the electricity does not. It screws into any standard socket and charges itself while the power is on. When the power drops, it simply stays lit.

Unscrew it and it becomes a hand lamp with a fold-out hook, so it hangs in a tent, a shed, a loft or a car boot. 7 W or 15 W, with four or eight LED chips.
